GILLESPIE Chief of Police Each year the League of California Cities conducts it's annual conference during the month of October. This October 16th - 19th the conference will occur in San Diego. The conference is directed to the full range of city officials and is a highly informative conference. In recognizing the benefits and potential positive learning experience associated with attendance; it is recommended that the City Council approve sending all five Planning Commission members. Below staff has itemized the cost for the conference per person, along with the 88/89 fund budget for Trips and Meeting Expenses and the total cost to send five (5) City representatives.
