SUBJECT: TRACT NO. TR -3096, PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PERMIT NO. PD -859 -
MINOR MODIFICATION NO. 1 (PLANTE PROPERTY)
Background!
Tentative Tract Map 3096 and PD -859 were approved in 1978. The
developer for TR -3096 and PD -859 was the Marlborough Development
Corporation. The Marlborough development consisted of 193 one and
two - story, single - family residences. The subject property is Lot
76 of TR- 3096 -2.
The requested minor modification to TR -3096 is to allow a second
floor room addition over the garage at 4369 Wildwest Circle. The
color and materials for the addition are proposed to match the
existing structure. The Marlborough Homeowners Association
approved the architectural plans on September 28, 1.988.
The Director of Community Development has reviewed the proposed
modification and has approved it. Pursuant to Resolution No.
86 -276, the Director has the authority to approve minor
modifications. This matter is being presented to the Council as a
courtesy. In the event the Council wishes to appeal the Director's
decision, it may do so. Should the Council desire to appeal, it
should set a public hearing date. The next, available meeting date
would be the Council's regular meeting of December 7, 1988. If the
Council takes no action then the Director's decision stands.
