C. Consider adoption of Resolution No. prohibiting parking
on New Los Angeles Avenue east of Spring Road. Staff
Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No._
D. Consider summary of the Office of Traffic Safety. Staff
Recommendation: Receive and file the report.
Consider summary of Service Agreements signed by the City
Manager. Staff Recommendation: Receive and file the
report.
F. Consider designation of child care program supervising
official per State licensing requirements. Staff
Recommendation: Approve designation of program supervisor
per staff report.
G. Consider Los Angeles Avenue Widening Project (East)
Cooperative Agreement. Staff Recommendation: Approve the
CalTrans Cooperative Agreement and authorize the Mayor to
execute the Agreement on behalf of the City.
H. Consider exoneration of grading bond for DP316 (West
America). Staff Recommendation: Authorize the City Clerk
to exonerate the grading bond for DP -316 immediately.
I. Consider Lot Line Adjustment_ No. 300 (Church of Jesus
Christ of Latter -day Saints), a proposed property line
adjustment between the Church and Moorpark Community
College. Staff Recommendation: Receive and file the
report.

9. PUBLIC HEARINGS:
A. An interim ordinance to continue the moritorium on
development of vacant property in the R -1 and R -E zones for
a period of 120 days. Staff Recommendation: Approve
Ordinance No. _ for adoption.
B. Public Hearing Notice Requirements - A proposed draft
ordinance changing the current 300 ft. notice requirement
to 1.000 ft. with an exception for one sinale familv
residence seeking a zone variance. Staff Recommendation:
Approve the proposed change and introduce Ordinance No._
for first reading.

A. Request by Westland Company to allow processing of
application for the Moorpark Ranch and Milling Property
outside the General Plan Update Process. Staff

Staff Recommendation: Direct staff as deemed appropriate.

Park. Staff Recommendation: Approve Master Plan as
recommended by the Parks and Recreation Commission. (Con't

F. Consider a progress report on the Carlsberg Specific Plan
and EIR process and December 11, 1989 Public Workshop.Staff
Recommendation: Direct Staff to proceed with Specific Plan
and EIR process
G. Consider selection of a landscape architect to prepare a
design for Tierra Re.iada Road medians. Staff
Recommendation: Select Wolf Breiman Landscape as architect.

industrial entitlement permits. Staff Recommendation:

street rights -of -way. Staff Recommendation: Direct staff
as deemed appropriate.
