1989 action and delete First Street from the program.
Consider the adoption _of formal standards ree ardinq when a minor

sale_ of _liquor _ with restaurant uses. Staff Recommendation:
Approve the standards as presented by staff.

extending VCC Franchise to June 8, 1989.
Consider adoption of Resolution No_. 89- for proposed Campus
Park Drive_ Parkinq_Restrictions. Staff Recommendation: Adopt
Resolution No. 89- implementing a "No Stopping Any Time"
zone on both sides of Campus Park Drive between College View
Avenue and Campus Road.

Recommendation: Authorize Mayor to send letter supporting AB 701

M. Consider request for Southern CaIifornia Joint Powers Insurance
Authority. Presentation_ concerninq joint pool for self insurance.

and charge rates.
B. Consider Appeal No 89 -2 - Planned Development No. 966 - Mash
Associates_._ An appeal (If the Director of Community _Development's
determination that a Major Modi f i cation of PD -966 Js _r_e_cLui red to
allow a separate fixed bar within a new restaurant and to provide
a building height of twenty five (25) _feet. Staff
Recommendation: Uphold the Director's decision.
