Staff Recommendation: Reduce Performance and Payment Bond No. 1108400 from $39,000 to $5,000 and authorize exoneration of same on May 17, 1990 and exonerate Grading Bond No. 1108596 on May 17, 1990. D. Consider proposed replacement of cash security with Grading —Bond Tor 890 Valley Road (Cummings). Staff Recommendation:- ecommendation Authorize release of $5,820 cash deposit and accept Grading Bond No. 1175183. Consider proposed Exoneration of Bond No. 712491.9 for PD- 918 /Tract 3274 (Urban West Communities _ Staff Recommendation: Authorize City Clerk to exonerate Bond No. 7124919 effective May 17, 1989. F. Consider report on intersection control at Campus Park Drive /Marquette Street. Staff Recommendation: Receive and file. G. Consider ten proposed resolutions, Resolutions 89- through 89- to approve the construction of ten industrial buildings on separate lots located east of Maureen Lane west of Bonsai Avenue, and approximately 600 feet _north _of Los Angeles Avenue for Industrial Planned Development_ Permits Nos. IPD 88 -8 through IPD 88 -17 (Moorpark West). Staff Recommendation: Approve the ten proposed Resolutions 89- H. Consider Minor Modification PD -2047 CKing Pollo) a proposal to allow beer and wine sales in conjunction with a restaurant within an existing shopping center. Staff Recommendation: Receive and file. Staff Recommendation: Receive and file. 0. Consider approval of refund to Ventura County Area Agency on Aqing (VCAAA) for purchase of equipment from Grant Funds. Staff Recommendation: Approve refund of Grant Funds to VCAAA. P. Consider time extension for construction_ of Collins Drive south of Tract 3963 (Griffin Homes). Staff Recommendation: Extend time of completion to August 15, 1989. (Continued from May 3, 1989, Item 8.D.) Q. Consider Grading Bond exoneration for _DP-356 (Elmore). Staff Recommendation: Authorize City Clerk to exonerate Grading Bond No. 3SM69600300 for $5,000. 9. PUBLIC HEARINGS: A. Consider revisions to Land Use_ Application Fees and Plannin Rates. Staff Recommendation: Create task force to develop a coordinated program and initiate changes to zoning codes. * B. Consider Proposed Specifications and Notice Inviti�Bids for the Publication of City Legal _Notices and Ordinances for 1989/90 Fiscal Year. Staff Recommendation: Approve Specifications and authorize Notice Inviting Bids. * C. Consider Award of Contract_ for _Monte Vista _Nature Park Phase_ 1 Construction. Staff Recommendation: Award bid to J & H Engineering with a 10% construction contingency for a contract amount not to exceed $71,830 and appropriate $12,300 from Park Improvement Fund (Peach Hill Area Neighborhood Park portion).
