Staff Recommendation: Authorize contribution and appropriate $20,000 from Los Angeles Avenue Area of Contribution (AOC). Any member of the public may address the Council during the Public Comments portion of the Agenda, unless it is a Public hearing item. Speakers who wish to address the Council concerning a Public Hearing item must do so during the Public Hearing for that item. Resolution No. 89- of the Moorpark Redevelopment Agency taking certain actions in connection with the Plan. 2.
