Recommendation: Authorize contribution and appropriate $20,000
from Los Angeles Avenue Area of Contribution (AOC).

to address the Council concerning a Public Hearing item must do so during the
Public Hearing for that item. Speaker Cards must be received by the City

Angeles (LDM -7 /DP- 302).. Staff Recommendation: Authorize City
Clerk to execute Certificate of Acceptance.
Consider acceptance of right -of -way for_C_ollins Drive south of
Tract 3963 boundary (Tract 3963 - Griffin Staff Recommendation:
Authorize City Clerk to execute certificate of acceptance for
Grant Deed for Collins Drive right -of -way.
Consider acceptance of riqht -of- way_at the intersection of _Spring
Road /Los Angeles Avenue _SR1181,_for PD -1064 (TOPA). Staff
Recommendation: Authorize City Clerk to execute Certificate of
Acceptance for Grant Deed for right -of -way at northwest corner of
Spring Road /Los Angeles Avenue (SR118).
G. Consider acceptance of _right -of -way for Tech Circle and
Poindexter. Avenue (DP -356 _ Elmore . Staff Recommendation:
Authorize. City- Clerk to' execute Certificate. of Acceptance of
Grant Deed for right- of- way.dedication.
. H. Consider lease agreement with Dr. Caren for storaq_e assembly an(!
testing_ of Senior Citizens Center kitchen equipment_- Staff
Recommendation: Approve lease agreement and authorize Mayor to
sign agreement and authorize expenditure to install utilities.
Consider agreement with owner of PD- _1040_(Munoz formerly Schleve)
for participation in flioh Street Improvement Project_ Staff
Recommendation: Approve agreement with. payment of $13,500 by
Munoz for PD- 1040's required improvements.
