Meeting of June 27, 1989. Staff Recommendation: Approve
the minutes as processed

Improvements and Exoneration of Bonds. Staff
Recommendation: Accept all public improvements; include
streets in the City street system for maintenance; accept
Improvement Bond for Walnut Creek and Mountain Meadows;
authorize exoneration of grading bond August 2, 1990.
F. Tract 4001 (Urban West Communities )_ - Acceptance of
Improvements and Exoneration of Bonds. Staff
Recommendation: Accept all public improvements; include
streets in the City street system for maintenance;
authorize exoneration of performance and payment bonds;
authorize exoneration of grading bond effective August 2,
1990.
G. Status Report on Mountain Meadows Moisture Concerns. Staff
Recommendation: Receive and file the report.
H. LeClub Apartments_ PD1010 -- Affordable Housing Status
Provision Report. Staff Recommendation: Receive and file
the report.
Tract 4340 and PD 1070 (Urban West Communities) - i! o
modification 89 -1, _ Mountain Meadows. Staff
Recommendation: Receive and file the report.
J. Consider Agreement with _Griffin _Homes Concerning
Residential Permit Allocations. Staff Recommendation:
Approve Agreement and authorize mayor to sign on behalf of
the City.
K. Consider Approval of Attendance at Channel Counties
Division League of California Cities by City
Councilmembers. Staff Recommendation: Approve request per
MOP 1.
L. Report on City Code Regulating Rubbish Collection Hours.

9. PUBLIC HEARINGS:
A. Planned Development Permit No. PD-966 - Major Modification
No. 89 -1 - proposed restaurant with fixed_ bar. Staff
Recommendation: Continue to August 16, 1989.
B. Appeal No. 89 -3 (West America Construction Corp. -
LDM -89 -1) - An appeal regarding__the__payment of an AOC fee
in conjunction with a parcel map__ approval. Staff
Recommendation: Deny appeal.
C. Amendment to City Ordinance__LChapter 50 - _Signs, Standards
and Permits) related to "For Rent" and "For Lease" signs in
Multi - family zones. Staff Recommendation Direct Staff as
deemed appropriate.
