Management Plan. Staff Recommendation: Concur with the
approved changes and notify the County of the Council ' s

regarding the City' s intention to enter into a joint powers
agreement with the County of Ventura to create a
park/buffer area adjacent to Home Acres. Staff
Recommendation: Approve the proposed resolution.
