GILLESPIE Chief of Police BACKGROUND INFORMATION LDM -7 /DP -302 is located at the western boundary of the City of Moorpark north of Los Angeles Avenue. A location map is enclosed for your reference. Development Plan Permit No. 302 was originally approved by the Moorpark City Council on May 22, 1985. A subsequent request for a major modification, adding 121,520 SF to an existing 109,000 SF industrial building, was approved by the Council on May 2, 1988. As a condition of development for this major modification, the applicant was required to provide ingress /egress to and through the northerly and westerly portion of the site. The purpose of this easement is to provide on -site circulation between Buttercreek Road and Montair Drive when the property to the east develops. RECOMMENDED ACTION Authorize the City Clerk to execute Acceptance for the access easement from to the eastern boundary of LDM -7 /DP -302.
