On November 3, 1986, the City Council approved thck development subject to the conditions of approval. Staff recently received a telephone call from a solar parcel instalIntion company who requested approval to rince solar panels on the roof of n recreation building ;ocated it, 'Tract 3049 Varsity Park Estates.
