Consider Ordinance No. 111, an ordinance of the City Council of the City of Moorpark approving and adopting the first amendment to the Moorpark Redevelopment Plan which prohibits the use of eminent domain for certain residential property within the project area and submitting said amendment to the voters. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Any member of the public may address the Council during the Public Comments portion of the Agenda, unless it is a Public Hearing item.
