City Resolution 85 -251, attached, A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Moorpark, Establishing "No Parking Anytime" Zones .on Campus Park Drive and Princeton Avenue, Within Said City, which rescinded City Resolution 85 -235 was approved by City Council on October 21, 1985. Two additional City Resolutions approved restrict parking on Campus Park Drive; City Resolutions 89 -546 and 89 -549. However, the resolutions established a "NO STOPPING ANYTIME" zone as opposed to City Resolution 85 -251, which established a "NO PARKING ANYTIME" zone. The proposed ordinance presented for your consideration will provide uniformity of signage along Campus Park Drive and Princeton Avenue: "NO STOPPING ANYTIME." STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Adopt Resolution No. 89 -S(o5 establishing a "NO STOPPING ANYTIME" zone on Campus Park Drive and Princeton Avenue and rescinding City Resolution 85 -251.
