ROLL CALL: PRESENT: BOARD MEMBER BURGH, BOARD MEMBER INGRAM, BOARD MEMBER KASPER,BOARD MEMBER NICKS,BOARD MEMBER PARVIN,BOARD MEMBER PRIESTLEY, CHAIRPERSON HAMOUS. 4. PUBLIC COMMENT: NONE. 5. REORDERING OF AND ADDITIONS TO, THE AGENDA: (Items to be withdrawn from the Consent Calendar shall be identified at this time.) NONE. 6. PRESENTATION/ACTION/DISCUSSION: Consider Disposition of Former Redevelopment Agency Governmental A Purpose Properties. Staff Recommendation: Direct the Successor Agency to transfer the properties identified as governmental purpose to the City of Moorpark as mentioned in the agenda report. (VOICE VOTE: UNANIMOUS) A Consider the Minutes of the Regular Oversight Board Meeting of May 15, 2012. Staff Recommendation: Approve the minutes. APPROVED STAFF RECOMMENDATION. B Consider the Minutes of the Special Oversight Board Meeting of May 15, 2012. Staff Recommendation: Approve the minutes. APPROVED STAFF RECOMMENDATION. Consider Report on Conflict of Interest Code for the Oversight Board to the C Successor Agency of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Moorpark. Staff Recommendation: Receive and file the agenda report. (Staff: Maureen Benson RECEIVED AND FILED REPORT. Consider Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of D. Any member of the public may address the Board during the Public Comments portion of the Agenda,unless it is a Presentation/Action/Discussion item.Speakers who wish to address the Board concerning a Presentations/Action/Discussion item must do so during the Presentations/Action/Discussion portion of the Agenda for that item.Speaker cards must be received by the City Clerk for Public Comment prior to the beginning of the Public Comments portion of the meeting;and for a Presentation/Action/Discussion item,and prior to the Chair's call for speaker cards for each Presentation/Action/Discussion agenda item.A limitation of three minutes shall be imposed upon each Public Comment and Presentation/Action/Discussion item speaker. Written Statement Cards may be submitted in lieu of speaking orally for Presentation/Action/Discussion items.
