All writings and documents provided to the Teen Council regarding the agenda items are available for public
inspection at the Arroyo Vista Recreation Center public counter located at 4550 Tierra Rejada Road during regular
business hours. The agenda for all regular Teen Council meetings is also available on the City's website at
www.MoorparkCa.qov

1. CALL TO ORDER:
The meeting was called to order at 4:00 p.m. by Courtney Beaulieu.
2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE:
The Pledge was led by Courtney Beaulieu.
3. ROLL CALL:
Present: Bridget Aamoth, Danielle Bautista, Courtney Beaulieu, Shawn Fenerin,
Matiana Gajda, Samantha Gajda, Megan Gratke, Natalie Garcia, Stone Hagman-
Lawson, Gavin Mazur, Deema Momani, Forrest Sullenbarger, Laura Traffenstedt.
Absent: Olivia Ordin, Ryan Wicks.
Staff Present: Dylan Gunning.
4. PUBLIC COMMENT:
None.
5. DISCUSSION/ACTION ITEMS:
A. Teen Council Hours
Dylan Gunning presented the chart of hours completed to date of the Teen
Council members.
B. Report from Chair, Vice Chair, and Secretary
All were pleased with the turnout of the Teen Game Night.
C. Report from Promotion Officers
Bridget Aamoth and Megan Gratke reported that they advertised the
Gingerbread House Challenge using Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
D. Upcoming Teen Programs
The Gingerbread House Challenge / Ugly Sweater Contest are December
13. The Quidditch Match will be held on February 1. The Valentine Cupcake
Challenge will be February 8. Teen Game Night will be January 18.
E. Brainstorm Ideas for Future Teen Programs and Classes
Teen Council discussed ideas for the spring season of events. Ideas
included an Iron Chief event, a spring dance, and Teen Council started
discussing the idea of coming up with a community service project.

The 11/20/13 Minutes were approved.
