By this memorandum, I am transmitting to you a copy of a letter from Larry G. After reviewing the trees on this site, it is my professional opinion that the only ones of any appreciable value (visual or landscape wise) are the four California Pepper trees along Los Angeles Avenue . The rest of the trees have been either severely pruned or are diseased. None of these trees are really desirable landscape material . It would be my advise to remove all site trees and start with fresh, appropriate tree material that will last into the future instead of preserving trees of questionable landscape value .
