Consideration of proposed assessments for "Moorpark Lighting and Maintenance Assessment District No. AD-84-2" for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1988 and ending June 30, 1989, and consideration of proposed Resolution 88-- , a resolution confirming the assessment for fiscal year 1988/89.
