RESOLUTION NO. 86-325
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MOORPARK, CALIFORNIA, FIXING THE COMPENSATION
OF MEMBERS OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION AND MEMBERS
OF THE RECREATION AND PARKS COMMISSION, AND
REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 83-37 AND RESOLUTION
NO. 83-38, ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 21, 1983
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 83-37, adopted on September 21, 1983
set compensation for members of the Planning Commission at Twenty Five
Dollars ($25.00) per month for each month during their term that they
attend at least one meeting of the Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 83-38, adopted on September 21, 1983,
set compensation for members of the Recreation and Parks Commission at
Twenty Five Dollars ($25.00) per month for each month during their term
that they attend at least one meeting of the Recreation and Parks
Commission; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of modifying said methods
of compensation;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MOORPARK, CALIFORNIA DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND
ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Resolution No. 83-37, entitled:
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MOORPARK, CALIFORNIA, FIXING THE COMPENSATION
OF MEMBERS OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION; and
that Resolution No. 83-38 entitled:
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MOORPARK, CALIFORNIA, FIXING THE COMPENSATION OF
MEMBERS OF THE RECREATION AND PARKS COMMISSION
adopted September 21, 1983, be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. That members of the Planning Commission and
Recreation and Parks Commission shall receive as compensation for their
services the sum of Twenty Five Dollars ($25.00) for each meeting attended
of their respective Commissions, provided that in no case shall it exceed
Fifty Dollars ($50.00) per month.

SECTION 3. That this resolution shall take effect July 1, 1986.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of July , 1986.
