COUNTY CABLEVISION, riROUGR MAY 3, 1990. WHEREAS, pursuant to Counc action taken on October 4, 1989, the City granted an extension of th, cable television franchise held by Ventura County Cablevision, Inc. ( .'CC) to December 21, 1990, in order to permit the City and VCC to negotiate the 'final terms of a new franchise, and in order to permit the City to opportunity to consider whether to approve a new franchise; and, WHEREAS, negotiations are c li continuing. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CIT` COUNCII OF THE CITY OF MOORPARK, CALIFORNIA, DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS SECTION 1. The cable tele: sion franchise held by VCC is hereby extended through May 3, 1990. `h« ems if the franchise are set forth in Resolution No. 86-363. SECTION 2.
