PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: 3 . ROLL CALL: Commissioners Corzine, Hall, Thompson and Chairman Crockatt. 4 . PROCLAMATIONS, COMMENDATIONS AND SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS: A. Administrative Secretary administers the Oath of Office to the newly appointed Commissioner, Ginger Stratton. 5 . REORDERING OF, AND ADDITIONS TO, THE AGENDA: 6 . PUBLIC COMMENTS: 7 . CONSENT CALENDAR: A. Approval of the Parks and Recreation Commission Minutes of March 11, 1991. Staff Recommendation: Approve as presented. B. Receive Staff's Status Report of City Parks. Staff Recommendation: Receive report and file. 8 . PUBLIC HEARINGS: 9 . DISCUSSION/ACTION ITEMS: A. Consider Report on Cinco De Mayo Event and Receive Cinco De Mayo Pageant Contestants. Staff Recommendation: Direct staff as deemed appropriate. B. Consider Installation of Children's Play Equipment at Glenwood and Griffin Parks (continued from 3/11/91). Staff Recommendation: Continue item to next scheduled meeting. C Consider Resurfacing Basketball Courts at Glenwood and North Meadows Parks. Staff Recommendation: Approve staffs recommended action to color coat courts. D. Consider Picnic Tables and Tot Lot at Community Center. Staff Recommendation: Approve staff's recommended action. E Consider Distribution of Recreation Information through Moorpark Unified School District (continued from 1/14, 2/11 and 3/11/91 meetings. Staff Recommendation: Direct staff as deemed appropriate. F. Consider FY 1991/92 Parks and Recreation Budgets. Staff Recommendation: Direct staff as deemed appropriate. 10 . COMMENTS FROM COMMISSIONERS: 11 . FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS: 12 . ADJOURNMENT: The next regularly scheduled meeting is May 13, 1991. Any member of the public may address the Commission during the Public Comments portion of the Agenda. SPEAKER CARDS MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE SECRETARY PRIOR TO THE CALL TO ORDER OF THE MEETING. Speakers will be heard in the order that their Speaker Cards are received.
