Minutes of July 23. 1990. Staff Recommendation:
Approve as presented.
B. Receive Staff's Status Report of City Parks. Staff
Recommendation: Receive report and file.

9. DISCUSSION/ACTION ITEMS:
A. Consider Cosponsorship of a Christmas Parade with
Moorpark Youth Activities Committee . Staff
Recommendation: Direct staff as deemed appropriate.
B. Consider Child Care during School Holidays. Staff
Recommendation: Direct staff as deemed appropriate.
C. Consider High School Dances. Staff Recommendation:
Direct staff as deemed appropriate.
D. Consider FY 1990/91 Recreation Special Events
(Spring/Summer 91 ). Staff Recommendation: Direct
staff as deemed appropriate.
E Consider Adding Fourth Tennis Court. Lights for Tennis
Courts and Eliminating Basketball Court at So South
Meadows Park. Staff Recommendation: Direct staff as
deemed appropriate.
F. Consider Locations for Restrooms in Public Parks. Staff
Recommendation: Approve staff's recommendations as
submitted.
G Consider Resurfacing Basketball Courts at North
Meadows and Glenwood Parks. Staff Recommendation:
Continue item to next regularly scheduled meeting.
H. Consider Shelter Structure at Community Center. Staff
Recommendation: Direct staff as deemed appropriate.

The next regularly scheduled meeting is October 8. 1990.
Any member of the public may address the Commission
during the Public Comments portion of the Agenda.
SPEAKER CARDS MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE SECRETARY
PRIOR TO THE CALL TO ORDER OF THE MEETING. Speakers will
be heard in the order that their Speaker Cards are received. A
limitation of 3 minutes shall be imposed upon each
speaker.
* Discussion/Action Items which are judged by the
Director of Community Services to be of high
priority.
Copies of the reports or other written documentation relating to
each item of business on the agenda are on file in the office of the
Secretary and are available for public review. Any questions
concerning any agenda item may be directed to the Secretary at 529-
6864.
