for Competitive Service, Non - competitive Service, and
Hourly Employees; and Rescinding Resolution 95 -1050

The attached resolution implements the fiscal year 1995/1996 budget for personnel salaries which
was approved by the City Council on June 28, 1995. The

been merged into one position referred to as "maintenance worker„ To provide for a two year
transition period for the new consolidated range, two traneitiorsal steps below the range have been
added. The position of intern has also been added to the hourly salary table which is exhibit C.
Other additions to this resolution from the previous salary resolution include the addition of
assistant treasurer compensation of $50 per month azd co
medical technicians for $25 per month. The S compensation for active emergency

compensation was approved two years ago as part of the Memorandum of Agreement with the
employees and it is also documented in this resolution.
