ANALYSIS: The devel�: per is requesting city apprcval to import 30,1100 cubic .yards of soil prior to final approval of the grading plari and issuance of the grading permit. Authorize the developer to import 30,000 cubic yards, and either of the followinq: Stockpile the soils in a location to be approved by the City Engineer, or 3. Direct the City Engineer to issue an early grading permit to allow the developer to overexcavate, recompact, spread, and relocate soil on building pads one and two, as directed by the soils engineer and approved by the City Engineer.
