VCEDA and the CEV have hired consultants to develop alternative FIP measures and provide a legal analysis. In addition, they plan to conduct public education workshops and hearings. In order to complete their efforts VCEDA and CEV are requesting financial support from both the public and private sectors. Specifically, the City of Moorpark }-as been requested to contribute $2,000. Attached is a copy of a letter frc >m Supervisor Kildee, who also serves as VCOG's chair, and a summary of the VCEDA and CEV request.
