SUBJECT: EXONERATION OF THE MONUMENT BOND FOR TRACT 4757-1
(VENTURA PACIFIC) RELATIVE TO LOS ANGELES AVENUE.
BACKGROUND:
Tract 4757-1 is part of the Mission Bell Plaza located north of Los
Angeles Avenue between Park Lane and Liberty Bell Road.
The property survey monuments have been completed in accordance with
the approved plans. All related items for the project have been
completed. All conditions for the release of the security have been
met.
DISCUSSION:
It is appropriate to accept the improvements covered by bond
#3SM777446 (American Motorist Ins.) in the amount of $4,784, and to
exonerate the monument bond.
