SUBJECT: Consider Revisions to the Ventura County
Congestion Management Program (CMP)
BACKGROUND
Copies of the draft update of the Ventura County Congestion
Management Program have been distributed to the City Council
under separate cover. Staff for the Ventura County
Transportation Commission (VCTC) have requested that any
comments on this draft document be submitted to VCTC by
November 1, 1993 . A final draft document will be presented
to the Commission for approval on December 3, 1993 .
DISCUSSION
Staff has prepared a list of suggested revisions to the draft
document prepared by VCTC staff. That list is attached as
Exhibit 1.
RECOMMENDATION
Approve the attached proposed revisions to the 1993
Congestion Management Program.
