Staff Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 92- establishing a FIFTEEN MINUTE LOADING ZONE in the alley southwest of the intersection of Third Street and Flory Avenue. H. Consider Resolution No. 92- Designating Certain Streets as Through Streets and Directing the Placement of STOP Signs at the Entrances Thereto (North Isle Royale Street, Peppermill Street and Annette Street. Staff Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 92- to place Stop Signs on North Isle Royale Street, Peppermill Street, Annette Street. I. Consider Resolution No. 92- to Update Conflict of Interest Code Regarding the Disclosure Requirement for Consultants. Staff Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 92- J.
