DISCUSSION The 1983 Chevrolet S -10 vehicle has 112,677.1 miles plus (broken odometer). The following list of problems have been reported: 1. Oil: The vehicle uses one quart of oil per tank of gas. There is evidence that the main seals are leaking. The engine probably needs to be overhauled or replaced. 2. Emissions: The vehicle failed smog inspection. The ignition and carburetor systems were identified as being in need of substantial repair and /or replacement. 3. Drive Train: The clutch is not in good condition. The transmission is suspect. 4. Tires: Tires are in poor condition and should be replaced. 5. Appearance: The windshield is cracked. The interior should be replaced. The vehicle has been inoperative since June, 1992. In addition to being inoperable, the S -10 is inadequate for many job tasks (i.e. weed clearing, etc...). PAUL W. LAWRASON JR, JOHN E. WOZNIAK SCOTT MONTGOMERY BERNARDO M. PEREZ ROY E. TALLEY JR.
