Bids for the subject project were received and opened on September 21, 1994. A tabulation of the bid results is attached as Exhibit 2. B. Oualifications The apparent low bidder, William L. Murdock, Inc., has verified that their bid is valid and that they are prepared to proceed with the project. Staff has determined that this firm is qualified to perform this work. C. Fiscal Imgact The projected total project costs are within the funding amount previously approved by the City Council. D.
