MEMORANDUM

SUBJECT: SIDEWALK EASEMENT - MOORPARK INVESTMENT GP./ WEST AMERICA
BACKGROUND
On August 2 , 1989 the City Council approved Resolution No. 89-598
which was the approval of a 58 , 166 square foot industrial building.
The subject building is located at the south east corner of
Poindexter and Commerce Avenues. Condition number 73 of the above
Resolution required the creation of a meandering sidewalk both
within the public right of way and on private property.
DISCUSSION
Attached is the sidewalk easement deed from the applicants so as to
meet the requirements of condition number 73 of Resolution No. 89-
589. The easement is for sidewalk purposes and includes a legal
description and graphic illustration.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
1. That the City Council accept this grant deed for a sidewalk
easement along Poindexter Avenue, and
2. That the City Council authorize the Clerk to sign the
Certificate of Acceptance for the deed.
