Kellerman, May 10, 1991 City Clerk �1 -)O?PARK, CALFC NIA Ci ly C Maefir�g Of 3 A lON; 7; SUBJECT: GIFT OF TRANSPORTATION SERVICES TO CITY - GENERAL PLAN UPDATE TOUR - JBR AND SCHLEVE PROPERTIES on May 20, 1991, a tour of the JBR and Schleve property involved in the General Plan Update process is scheduled. The JBR Development Company is arranging for transportation for the tour. It is appropriate for the City to approve a resolution to accept the gift of transportation from the JBR Development Company. WOZNIAK Mayor Mayor Pro Tem Gouncilmember Counclimember Councilrnemher RESOLUTION NO. 91-_ _ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOORPARK, CALIFORNIA ACCEPTING A GIFT TO THE CITY FROM THE JBR DEVELOPMENT COMPANY PERTAINING TO A TOUR OF THE JBR AND SCHLEVE PROPERTIES WHEREAS, City officers and employees plan to tour properties generally referred to as the JBR property and Schleve property; and WHEREAS, the City is processing a General Plan Update and the JBR and Schleve properties are involved; and WHEREAS, JBR Development has agreed to provide transportation to the City for the tour; and WHEREAS, JBR Development, as the donor, has indicated its intent that such is a donation to the City and not to any particular City officers or employees; and WHEREAS, the City exercises substantial control over use of the gift as evidenced by the fact that the tour shall be conducted as a meeting open to the general public as well as to all City officers and employees whose duties pertain to these properties, and the donor has not limited said use to City officers and employees. EE l`= NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOORPARK, CALIFORNIA, DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: The City Council does accept the gift consistent with the above referenced recitals and will set a Special Meeting for May 20, 1991 at 5:00 p.m. as a Joint Special Meeting of the City Council and Planning Commission for a tour of the JBR and Schleve properties.
