Pursuant to resolution No. 86 -523 the Director has the authority to approve Minor Modifications. Thi:= matter is being presented to the Council as a courtesy. Should the :_�ouncil desire to appeal the Director's decision, a public hearing date shoe d be scheduled. The next available public hearing date is June 19, 1991 f the Council takes no action, then the Director's decision stands.
