Knipe, Willdan Associates ?Irk DATE: May 29, 1991 SUBJECT: LDM 90-2 (UWC) - APPROVAL OF FINAL MAP The tentative map for the subject project was approved by the Council on December 19, 1990. The development conditions for the tentative map have been satisfied and all requirements precedent to recordation have been fulfilled. The final map represents the subdivision of 23.45 acres into two parcels. Parcel A (11.81 acres) is the proposed West Village commercial project and Parcel B (11.64 acres) is the proposed West Village multi-family site. A location map is attached for your reference. These parcels are being developed by Urban West Communities and will be provided with water and sewer services by the Ventura County Waterworks District No. 1. As a condition of development, Brookwood Drive (essentially located on the west and north sides of the commercial project) was vacated per Council Resolution No. 91-745 after a public hearing on March 6, 1991. The following items are on file with the City Clerk: 1. The parcel map for LDM 90-2. 2. The agreement for construction of subdivision improvements. 3. The following surety bonds. Approve the parcel map for LDM 90-2 and authorize the Mayor to sign the title sheet. 2. Authorize the Mayor to sign the agreement for construction of subdivision improvements and direct the City Clerk to retain the original agreement and return an executed copy to Urban West Communities and to their surety company.
