HARE City Treasurer For approximately the last two years, the City has delayed Pardee Construction Company from placing the final asphalt concrete overlay in the westbound barrel of Tierra Rejada Road along the subject development frontage. This delay was due to the proposed construction of a waterline from Peach Hill Road to Spring Road for the Embassy development at the intersection of Spring Road - Tierra Rejada Road. Since it now appears that the proposed Embassy project may not be constructed for sometime, City staff has directed Pardee " :instruction Company to construct the final pavement lift.
