Richards, Director of Community Development DATE: July 31, 1991 (CC meeting 8/7/91) SUBJECT: PD 969 Minor Modificatiol'i No. .l (Zeman) Background Tract No. 3855 and related Planned 0eveloprnent Permit No. 969 were approved by the City of Moorpark on ALigust 3, 1983. These permits were for the development of 143 single family -iouses by Urban West Communities. The address of the )roject site is 4462 Vistameadow Court. Discussion This request for a Minor Modification t o 13D '-:�69 is to construct a 336 square foot gameroom to an existing rE ,-sidence located above the garage. This proposed addition would be in the � ront of "he house and would match the architectural style of the surrounds,ig homes. None of the existing setbacks would be affected. Pursuant to resolution No. 86 -523, the Director has the authority to approve Minor Modifications. This matter is being presented to the Council as a courtesy. Should the Council desire to appeal the Director's decision, a public hearing should be scheduled. The next available public hearing date is September 4, 1991. If the Council takes no action, then the Director's decision stands.
