The tentative parcel map was a�,t o, , ?c h ✓ the Plannina Commission
on August 13, 1986 and the fina mace and the agreement to con-
struct improvements for LDM -8 wa applo- „ed by the City Council or,
August 5, 1987.
The public improvements within _: 3 t;a,e been completed.
On February 13, 1991 the perfcr =nw ice anc; Dayment bond was reduced
to 10% and the monument bond was °xr, °ierated by action of the City
Council. The grading bond, ir, t^ c, E TnCrt,r,t of $39,000 was not ex-
