One of the programs supported by the City Council has been the Employee of the Month Program. An employee is nominated for the honor and selected each month and presented to the City Council. The funds would be used for items such as community center decorations, and recognition supplies. Those in attendance will pay for the cost of any food and beverages. If the City Council agrees with the staff proposals, staff members have volunteered to make all of the arrangements for the party and to handle the necessary set up and clean up. Recommendation: Concur with the City sponsored Christmas Party expenditure of $300. RH:Xmas. sk PAUL W. LAWRASON JR. BERNARDO M. PEREZ SCOTT MONTGOMERY ROY E. TALLEY JR. JOHN E.
