important to establish 'ennis l.ourt rules. This will
allow us to post signs ] st s.nq the more important rules
governing such items a. ->ow long you can continue play

SECTION 101 - PURPOSE
The purpose of these regal.: cnS r_o provide rules to
govern the use of City pars n _7: r that all persons may

of all concerned. If any rc i_ >io>n or clause of these
ordinances or the applicat ieroof is held invalid or
unconstitutional, such decl<_.r i• icn ;h.il not affect the other
provisions or applications Es< rdinances which can be
given effect without the _r _:(i )rovision or application
and, to this end, the prc,.r c I these ordinances are
declared to be severable.
SECTION 102 -- DEFINITIONS

California Vehicle Code.
