A. Consider approval of the minutes of the Regular City
Council Meeting of December 6, 1989.
Staff Recommendation: Approve the minutes as processed.
B. Consider approval of Warrant Register 1989/90:
-Prepaid Warrants Nos. 10819 -- 10824 $46,441.89

-Payable Warrants Nos. 10909 - 10959 $70,924.95
Any member of the public may address the Council during the Public
Comments portion of the Agenda, unless it is a Public Hearing item.
Speakers who wish to address the Council concerning a Public Hearing
item must do so during the Public Hearing for that item. Speaker Cards
must be received by the City Clerk prior to the Public Comment portion
of the meeting. Speakers will be heard in the order that their Speaker

improvements and exonerate bonds.

Recommendation: Approve developer reimbursement.
F. Consider Moorpark Avenue Pavement Overlay between High
Street and Poindexter. Staff Recommendation: Receive and
file.
G. Report on City Manager Approved Office Equipment Service
Agreements. Staff Recommendation: Receive and file.
H. Consider Request for Amicus Support AIU v. Superior Court.
Staff Recommendation: Authorize Amicus letter.

K. Consider Contract for Landsc_e Architectural Services for

Recommendation: Approve the contract and authorize the
City Manager to execute.

recommended by the Parks and Recreation Commission. (Con't

*E. Consider Report on Community Development Block Grant
Funding for 1990/91. Staff Recommendation: Determine
general priorities for allocation of 1990/91 funding and
direct staff to process requests for proposals.
F. Consider Supporting the Cities of Oxnard and Port Hueneme
in their Application to LAFCO to Reduce the Boundaries of
the Oxnard Harbor District. Staff Recommendation: Direct
staff as deemed appropriate.
*G. Consider Contract for Aerial Photography Services. Staff
Recommendation: Approve Contract and Authorize Mayor to
execute.

A. Consider Adoption of Ordinance No. 119. An ordinance
amending the Moorpark Municipal Code by revising Chapter 4
of Title 5 relative to mobile home park rents.

amending the Public Hearing Notice Requirements from the
current 300 ft. notice requirement to 1,000 ft. with an
exception for one single family residence seeking a zone
variance.
