GILLESPIE Chief of Porte TRACT 3306 (GLENHAVEN) - EXONERATION OF BONDS AND ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS RECOMMENDATIONS Tract 3306 is located on the we,.t side of Peach Hill Road in the City of Moorpark. A vicinity n,!;) is enclosed for your reference. On June 7, 1983, the Ventura County Board of Supervisors approved the final map for this tract and entered into an agreement with Morvent Corporation for the con itruction of public improvements. In May, 1986 the subject tr<::-,t was purchased by Glenhaven. Glenhaven is now requesting exon, ration of the bonds and acceptance of public improvements for Trac, 3 F. Final inspection of the develoinert i-3 complete and all public improvements have been complet,.
