Please review and determine if this information may be helpful for Topa's required installation of the sidewalk on Spring Road. Please provide whatever information is relevant to Topa. By consensus, the Council ecogniz"d Paul Gienger of Topa, who responded to concerns expr,•ssed by Councilmember Brown, advising the Council that Topa has Posted $15,000 with the City to secure performance regarding the installation and /or replacement of sidewalks at the north--!as corner of Spring Road and New Los Angeles Avenue. Currently, Fopa is negotiating with the property owners across the street f )m the Plaza for the installation of sidewalks rather than lnrin ing the option to replace their own sidewalks in the Plaza. I n ned !his project is moving along as quickly as possible.
