By consensus, the Council ecogniz"d Paul Gienger of Topa, who responded to concerns expr,•ssed by Councilmember Brown, advising the Council that Topa has Posted $15,000 with the City to secure performance regarding the installation and /or replacement of sidewalks at the north--!as corner of Spring Road and New Los Angeles Avenue. Currently, Fopa is negotiating with the property owners across the street f )m the Plaza for the installation of sidewalks rather than lnrin ing the option to replace their own sidewalks in the Plaza. I n ned !his project is moving along as quickly as possible.
