BACKGROUND On June 21, 1989, the City Conn- Western Aerial Surveys to prowl, generally described as follows: 1. Digital photographic mapp engineering work to be p extension of the Route 'lR ;)ppro�ed the selection of PncifiC r- tgir rnerial photography services ng required for certain preliminary cf)imod by Caltrans on the proposed t- P:%a; 2. Additional Work The City is working with Urhari West. in efforts to proceed with the first phase of the construction -)f. Arroyo Vista Community Park -- the construction of the Community U,.e Building. In that. effort, the City is obligated to provide the bit i n„ pool.
