HARE City troasurer Subject: TRACT 4342 -1 (UWC) - EXONER.ATION OF bUPLICATE TRAFFIC - SIGNAL BONI) AT SPRING ROAD /TIERRA REJADA ROAD INTERSECTION In conjunction with the recordation of Tract 4342 -1 (UWC) , a performance and payment bond in 1,he amount of $130,000 to cover the construction of a traffic signa at Spring Road /Tierra Rejada Road was submitted to the City of Mcorpark. This traffic signal bond is required by Condition No. 64., ", for Tract Nos. 4340 and 4342 and Condition No. 67A in Tract t;-j. 4341. These conditions are contained in Resolution No. 87—,30 and also in Resolution No. 88- 495.
