and Los Angeles Avenue.
On March 7, 1988, the City Council approved the development plan for these DP's
subject to development conditions, he conditions of approval have been
satisfied.
Accordingly, it is now appropriate t accept the grading improvements and
exonerate the following bond:

CALIFORNIA WILDLI' -E, COASTAL AND PARK
LAND CONSERVATION BOND AC'- OF 1988 FOR

WHEREAS, the people )� tn(� ')'tate of California have enacted
the California Wildlife, Coast,. anc 'ark Land Conservation Act of
1988, which provides funds to t.h, State c.,f California and its political
subdivisions for urban forest -y .,,ograms; and
WHEREAS, the State Department f Forestry and Fire Protection
has been delegated the responsibility for the administration of the
program within the state, sett ng up necessary procedures governing
application by local agencie -'d ion- rnfit organizations under the
program; and
WHEREAS, said proceduro�s estab'ished by the State Department
of Forestry and Fire Protect n io require the applicant to certify by
resolution the approval of app ica,J,)n(s) before submission of said
