Richards, Director of Community Development DATE: May 11, 1990 (CC meeting of 5/16/90) SUBJECT: BOLLINGER DEVELOPMENT CORP. - ADDITIONAL INFORMATION On May 10, 1990 staff received the attached material from Mr. Richard Weissman, the court appointed receiver for the Westoaks Investment #27 . This material lists the various limited partners and other partnerships associated with the Westoaks Investment #27 . The Westoaks property is a portion of the overall development proposed by Bollinger Development Corporation. The remaining property is owned by the LDS Church. Other material forwarded by Mr. Weissman is the signed authorization on the City's application for entitlement request. Since the date shown is May 10, 1990 it appears that Mr. Bollinger is prepared to go forward with the proposal once the remaining issue of clustering is resolved.
