SUBJECT: BOLLINGER DEVELOPMENT CORP. - ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
On May 10, 1990 staff received the attached material from Mr.
Richard Weissman, the court appointed receiver for the Westoaks
Investment #27 . This material lists the various limited partners
and other partnerships associated with the Westoaks Investment #27 .
The Westoaks property is a portion of the overall development
proposed by Bollinger Development Corporation. The remaining
property is owned by the LDS Church.
Other material forwarded by Mr. Weissman is the signed
authorization on the City's application for entitlement request.
Since the date shown is May 10, 1990 it appears that Mr. Bollinger
is prepared to go forward with the proposal once the remaining
issue of clustering is resolved.

as General Partners, and the persons listed as Limited Partners on
Exhibit "A" attached hereto, as Limited Partners, hereby form a
Limited Partnership pursuant to the Uniform Limited Partnership
Act (Corporation Code Section 15501, et. seg. ) as follows :

2. Pureose: The purpose of the Partnership is to
purchase, hold, improve, operate, construct, lease and sell the
real property to be acquired by the Partnership described in
Exhibit "9" attached hereto, and all business activities _elated

changed by the General Partners by giving written notice to the
