SK:sc 766.sr Attachment Urban West Communities June 28, 1990 Mr. Steve Kueny City of Moorpark 799 Moorpark Avenue Moorpark, CA 93021 Re: Tierra Rejada Area of Contribution Fees Dear Steve: Urban West Communities is currently in the process of applying for 21 building permits and is conditioned to pay Area of Contribution fees prior to issuance of the permits. It is my understanding that the City of Moorpark is finalizing a reconciliation of Tierra Rejada Area of Contribution fees. We request that the City Council defer our conditioned obligation to pay these fees predicated upon the fact that the reimbursement owed to Urban West Communities will significantly exceed the amount of these fees.
