Consider Athletic ContPSt With The City Council
and City Commis+ n�
The Parks and Recreation Commis ion is proposing to challenge the City
Council and other City Coinml—,ions and Committees to an athletic
contest. The Commission Is proposing either a golf or bowling
tournament or softball game; choice of contest is at the pleasure of
the City Council. A volleyball same could also be considered.
Staff would like to additiona ly pr-ocose this could be an annual
activity at the Labor Day Ir t e Park went. The City could form a
team and invite other public i11 ri( i-, participate by sending their
team.
