a citi? en's concern from the acK of a telephone at North Meadows
Park. A child was injured while playing at the park and emergency help
had to be summoned from a priva *.p residence across the street from the
park.

C. Parks under review by Pacif i determine nearest phone dial
tone location are:
1. Campus Park;
2. North Meadows Park.
Upon installation of the pay phones i all locations, Pacific Bell will
provide the monthly line charc-� sorvi - e to the City at no costs.
Additionally, any repair costs For the phones would be at Pacific
Bell's expense. It should he notod, 911 can be dialed from pay
telephones at no cost.
