CALFORN A Tract No. 3049 is located in the Campus Park area of the City (a location map is attached). The tentative tract map was approved by the Council on November 31, 1986. The conditions of development have been satisfied, the construction punch list has been substantially completed and it is now appropriate to reduce the following bonds: TYPE CURRENT REDUCED SURETY CO. _ BOND N0. Grading American Motorists 3SM 706 755 00 $495,743 $ 49,600 Insurance Co. Please note that the monument bond will be exonerated at the time of project acceptance.
