Tract No. 3049 is located in the Campus Park area of the City (a location map is
attached).
The tentative tract map was approved by the Council on November 31, 1986. The
conditions of development have been satisfied, the construction punch list has
been substantially completed and it is now appropriate to reduce the following
bonds:

Authorize the City Clerk to reduce the various bonds for Tract 3049 as shown in
the above table.
