Staff Recommendation: Council schedule to meet on October 10, 1990 at a special meeting to discuss the revised land use plan. K. Consider Appropriation of Funds from the Community Development Fund to pay for Revised General Plan Update Land Use Plan Preparation. Staff Recommendation: Direct that an additional $6, 000 be appropriated from the Community Development Fund to pay for the revised land use plan for the Sphere of Influence Expansion Study Area.
