Attached is a list of the participants who worked at City Hall and with the City Maintenance team. These students are provided an opportunity to gain work related experience with federal and City funds, in order to assist them in finding a meaningful career in the future. At the same time, the City benefits from the program by having extra help to assist with the daily activities of maintenance and office related work. This year, the City was very fortunate to have the help of the participants, and would like at this time to recognize their hard work and dedication to the community. 799 Moorpark Avenue Moorpark, California 93021 (805) 529-6864 Youth Employee Recognition September 28, 1990 Page 2 Maintenance Team Jesus Rodriguez 100% City funded position Florencio Morales City funded after JTPA funds ended Ramon Fernandez City funded after JTPA funds ended Ruben Ceja City funded after JTPA funds ended City Hall Noemi Ruiz City funded after JTPA funds ended Kathleen Seloover 100% JTPA Billy Conway 100% JTPA
